Juan Soldado unveils the mystery and mythology behind
Juan Castillo Morales, a Mexican solider accused in
the murder and rape of eight-year-old Olga Camacho.
The crime occurred in 1938 Tijuana. These days, in a
twist of fate, Juan Soldado is venerated as the patron
saint of undocumented immigrants.

A Lowriding Life was shot and edited in the summer
of 2004 by 13-year old Frankie Aguayo, as part of a
Teen Producers Project that took place at Yo! Spot youth
activity center located in the neighborhood of Mount
Hope, San Diego, CA. The video is also featured in the
Media Arts Center San Diego's youth produced TV series,
Tu Voz tv, Episode 9: "Why We Create." Teen
Producer Frankie Aguayo, Media Arts Instructor Michelle
Osorio.
